Please treat each other with respect e.g. moderate the volume of music and conversations during the quiet times in the apartment and in the corridor.
It is important that you use your designated parking space, as the parking spaces around the house are intended for short-term use.
There are two charging stations for electric cars in the garage. The e-vehicles may only be charged at these stations. The coordination takes place at the reception.
We ask you to let your snow sports equipment and ski boots in the ski rooms (not in the staircase). In summer, hiking boots can also be left there.
Houses Chamuotsch and Rizza, you will find the entrance to the ski rooms in the staircase to the garage. The ski room entrance for the houses Leivra and La Vuolp is located in the connecting corridor between the two houses.
You can leave your bicycles at parking lot 32, which is equipped with a bike-rack. The pushchairs can be parked in the garage at the entrance to the reception.
Please close the rubbish bags and put them into the containers (bags are free of charge). The containers are located in the garbage room in the garage at the entrance / exit.

You can use this service from Monday to Saturday. Bread orders must be placed at the reception desk by 5:00 p.m. a day in advance (fill in the table). The rolls will be delivered to your apartment door by 7:30 a.m.
If you would like to use the in-house sauna, please inform the reception and enter your desired time in the weekly schedule on the sauna door. The sauna is located at the Chesa Rizza, one floor below the lounge. The terry towels and a bottle of water are at your disposal in the sauna.
In each house there is a washing machine and a dryer. You can open the laundry room with the apartment key. For the machines you will need a special key (blue), which you can get at the reception. Please put your name on the list by the laundry room.
Some apartments are equipped with a fireplace. You can get the wood for it at the reception. The barbecue area on the roof of the underground car parking is available to all guests.
The kitchen and the "Restaurant" can be reserved for events.
In each house there is a cupboard in the staircase, where you can restock on toilet paper, kleenex wipes, dishwashing liquid, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials if needed.
The area around the reception is a meeting place for all guests. A pool table (children accompanied by adults), a minibar, a coffee machine, a children's playroom and toilets are at your disposal.
In the Chesa Leivra is a room with a table tennis and a table football.
To the left of the garage exit, there is a waxing table for alpine and cross-country skis. Please keep the workplace tidy and clean!
On the day of your departure, we ask you to check out latest at 10 a.m. The apartment has to be ready for the next guests on time.
